Position: Igloo Manager

Start Date: November 16th, 2023

Compensation: $15/hour, paid weekly, contract 1099 Employment

Term: 6 weeks ending December 31st, 2023

Job Description: This person is responsible for the cocktail waiters and reservations for the igloos every weekend. There are 5 igloos in total with limited reservation space. Each reservation may have a package that requires the igloo team to place certain items in the igloos such as champagne flutes, smores packages, etc. Other responsibilities include checking in guests, managing walk-up reservations if available, collecting vouchers, tracking inventory, vacuuming igloos, managing volunteers, and ensuring that drinks are flowing and waiters are checking in with guests.

Position: Igloo Waitress + Mobile Bartender

Start Date: November 16th, 2023

Compensation: $12/hour + Tip, paid weekly, contract 1099 Employment

Term: 6 weeks ending December 31st, 2023

Job Description Igloo Waiter:  This person is responsible for taking drink orders in your assigned igloos and checking in throughout the evening. The igloos are cashless and guests will have a voucher you will need to redeem and turn in to the igloo manager. A fully stocked pop-up bar will be located near the igloos in a shipping container for you to prepare cocktails. You will have a mix of pre-batched and non-shaken cocktails that you’ll need to have to have knowledge of making. You WILL NOT be responsible for any food service. You will check in with the Igloo Manager throughout the evening but will overall be working as a team along with Arch volunteers. You may be scheduled between the mobile bar and igloos. This person is responsible for the cocktail waiters and reservations for the igloos every weekend. There are 5 igloos in total with limited reservation space. Job Description Mobile Bar Bartender: This person is responsible for the mobile bar in the cafe area only. You will be responsible for getting out cocktails to guests in a timely manner. You will have a mix of pre-batched and non-shaken cocktails that you’ll need to have to have knowledge of making. All ingredients will be stocked on the mobile bar with extra inventory being held in the shipping container near the igloos. You will also be responsible for opening or closing the checklist every shift.

 

Both the igloos and mobile bar are warm.
