Pour Decision is a mobile bar that offers elevated alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails throughout the St. Louis region. We were founded in 2020 by Sommelier Javia Gilliam - Sanford and Kaje Sanford, during the pandemic when she lost her job.

We saw how people around us were interacting with alcohol and thought that if we could educate people on various libations they would have a better relationship with it.  We began curating educational experiences where we could share our meticulously crafted drinks recipes, favorite alcohols from traveling, and histories behind them with the community. We had a positive response and in 2021 the idea of the mobile bar was born. 

During our dating relationship and into our marriage, we have always had a deep passion for the art of mixology and we both appreciate how a well-made drink can bring people from all backgrounds together to laugh, dance, create new memories and overall have a good time. 

The mobile bar helps us reach the community in a meaningful way. We want to use this platform as a way for us to educate and uplift our community, all while leaving our stamp on society. We plan to provide opportunities and access for those that may not have them, in a space they may not feel accepted.

Due to us working with niche family-owned brands and having minimal operational costs, we can offer reduced prices without reduced quality to our clients. 

Along with the mobile bar, we offer a bubbly cart called “Pour Vous” and pop-up services that allow us to be wherever the mobile bar can’t. We hold our liquor license and have a small team of well-trained bartenders who handle the entire experience from beginning to end.
